I went to Towson University where I studied Business Marketing and discovered my passion to work in a people industry that involves helping promote and grow businesses. I have been in the business for 2 years. I first started in marketing and sales and developed many of my interpersonal skills and then in account management, I developed leadership skills that have helped me grow into a more patient and successful leader. I was initially attracted to this job because of its growth potential, earning potential, and team-oriented culture. During my time here I have become more personable, patient, understanding, mature, and professional. My goals moving forward are to continue to build and develop others and help push them towards their goals and open up new locations for our clients in the near future.
I started my career in customer service and sales, where I learned the importance of clear communication and building strong relationships. I have been in the business for around a year where I made the transition from account management to a talent acquisitions manager. I was drawn to this job because of the welcoming environment and passion for not only career growth, but personal growth as well. My goals moving forward are to continue to develop myself and those around me so we can all achieve our goals and grow our organization.

A tradesman, and former soccer athlete. He has a college degree in business and attended NALTC to hang power lines and build towers installing 5G. Sterling has been apart of our team for 5 months now. But in his free time, he loves spending time with his girlfriend and their Golden Retriever traveling the country. Fun fact Sterling actually used to love running 3+ miles a day!
